Reunión de Vecinos de Trebeluger

El próximo día 30 de Abril a las 20.30 en el salón de plenos del Ayuntamiento de Es Castell, se celebrará una reunión en el que se tratarán los siguientes temas:

1. Explicación de la situación actual del proyecto de la carretera Sant LLuis – Es Castell
2. Ejecución en el plan E 2010 en Trebeluger (zona ocio – deportiva)
3. Cobertura de Telefonía móvil.
4. Análisis de los ingresos y gastos que nos ha presentado el ayuntamiento correspondiente el año 2009 en Trebeluger
5. Concretar los asuntos a tratar en la reunión que se celebrará con el Alcalde y todos los vecinos que lo deseen, tal y como se indicó en la última asamblea celebrada por esta asociación.

Meeting of the Residents of Trebeluger

There will be a meeting of the residents of Trebeluger at 8.30 pm on Friday 30^th April, in Es Castell, Town Hall with the following agenda:

1. To explain the current situation regarding the project for the improvement of the road from San Luis to Es Castell
2. To discuss the execution of the Plan E 2010 project in Trebeluger (the leisure/sports area).
3. Mobile phone reception.
4. Analysis of the income and expenditure that the Town Hall has presented to us in Trebaluger, for the year 2009.
5. To specify the points that we wish to raise at the proposed meeting with the Mayor, open to any members wishing to attend, as was indicated at the last General Meeting of the Association.

Os comunicamos que nuestra asociación ha quedado reconocida dentro de la "Federació d'Associacions de Veïns de Menorca".

Dentro de poco os podremos dar novedades sobre la aplicación de una parte del Plan E 2010 en nuestra urbanización, es una buena noticia.

ASAMBLEA GENERAL Y PRESENTACION DEL PROYECTO DE REFORMA DE LA CARRETERA SANT LLUIS – ES CASTELL

El próximo día 27 de Noviembre a las 20.30 horas en el salón de Plenos del ayuntamiento de Es Castell, se presentara a todos los socios, el proyecto de la carretera Sant Lluis – Es Castell, dicha presentación será realizada por el conseller de movilidad D. Damia Borras.

Posteriormente sobre las 21.00 se dará inicio a la asamblea general de socios con el siguiente orden del día:

1. Explicación de las gestiones realizadas por la junta
2. Estado de cuentas
3. Ruegos y preguntas

GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT TO REFORM THE ROAD FROM SANT LLUIS – TO ES CASTELL

On November 27 th. at 20,30 hours at the "salón de Plenos” in the Town Hall Es Castell the draft project of the road Sant Lluis – Es Castell will be presented to the meeting. This presentation will be made by the Counciller responsible for transport on the Island Council of Menorca Mr. Damia Borras.

Afterwards at 21.00 hours there will be a general assembly of members with the following agenda:

1. Explanation of the efforts made by the board
2. State of accounts
3. Any other business and questions

Entrega de firmas / Signatures delivery

Ayer fueron entregadas las 300 firmas recogidas al Ayuntamiento de Es Castell. también se solicitó una reunión para tratar todos los temas pendientes.

Yesterday was delivered the 300 collected signatures package to the Es Castell City Hall, also was requested a meeting to discuss all pending issues.

Debido a la proximidad de Semana Santa los miembros de la Junta de la asociación de vecinos han acordado ampliar el plazo de recogida de firmas para presentar al ayuntamiento hasta el día 15 de Abril, de esta forma los vecinos que vengan a disfrutar estos días entre nosotros tambien puedan expresar de su voluntad, aprovechamos la ocasión para agraceder su colaboración a los que ya las han entregado.Due to the proximity of Easter Holidays the members of the Junta of the neighbourhood association agreed to extend the term of signatures collection to be presented to the City Hall until April 15th. So neighbours who may come here to enjoy these days could also participate. We take the opportunity to thank those who have already participated.

Reunión en el CIMe

Esta semana algunos miembros de la Junta han tenido una reunión con el President del Consell - Sr. Marc Pons, Conseller de Mobilitat - Sr. Damià Borràs, y técnicos del Consell; el resultado es un compromiso en firme para señalizar la salida a la carretera del Caserío y además poner bandas sonoras a ambos lados del cruce; en breve incluiremos una entrada a este blog con el plano detallado de esta necesaria actuación.

This week some members of the Junta have had a meeting with the President del Consell - Mr. Marc Pons, Conseller de Mobilitat - Mr. Damià Borràs, and Consell technicians; the result is a commitment to put up traffic signs on the exit of Trebaluger, and in addition rubber bands on both sides of the cross-roads; shortly we will include an entry to this blog with the detailed drawing of this necessary action.
